3. Return Process
- Seller's Return Label: Most sellers provide a return label when shipping out products. If the seller has included a return label with your order, you can use it for returning the item. In this case, you will not need to pay for the return shipping.
- Buyer-Responsible Shipping: If the seller has not provided a return label, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during the return process.
4. Refund Process
